A few weeks after I began the Sunday Dinner Grilled Cheese meal, my mom my sous chef, suggested that we do one week with salmon. The minute she mentioned that I thought, “Yuck!” I really did not think it sounded very good. A salmon grilled cheese sandwich? No thank you. She kept suggesting it and I kept saying no. As some of you may have read in my entry on Sunday, there was some rescheduling going on with this week’s Sunday Dinner; it switched to Tuesday. I was planning on cooking this recipe on Sunday but we had a special guest on Tuesday, so I cooked it then. I wanted to make sure I cooked a perfect grilled cheese sandwich.
