As some of you may have read in my entry on Sunday, there was some rescheduling going on with this week’s Sunday Dinner; it switched to Tuesday. I was planning on cooking this recipe on Sunday but we had a special guest on Tuesday, so I cooked it then. I wanted to make sure I cooked a perfect grilled cheese sandwich. Sunday Dinners: A Valentine’s Sunday Dinner

Happy belated Valentine’s Day to everyone out there. I hope everyone had a great day and a great weekend. In honor of the holiday, I went with strawberries as one of my main ingredients for this week’s grilled cheese. Seriously, how could I not? Since I was going the fruit route, I took it a step further and added mango in the mix, which was definitely a great addition.
