I have been trying, not so successfully or hard, to ask the world how they define a grilled cheese sandwich but have had no luck. Now, Serious Eats asks and they seem to have resounding success. Surprised? Nope, neither am I. As their conversation has grown and and grown, and I felt like my voice wouldn’t be heard, I thought I would voice my opinion right here.
