Third try is a charm, right? Wrong. Tonight was the end of Solon Home Day’s and so of course, there were fireworks. I was looking to tonight as the end of my horrible firework streak, hoping that I would see some great fireworks allowing me to take great photo. Well, one of those things occurred. The fireworks started early and ended quickly.
My mother felt bad for the people who came at 9:45 expecting them to start then, but then only saw the tail end. I told her, its no big deal, those people missed nothing. Honestly, they were not bad, they just were very quick and to the point. They started off with a bang, and then slowly, or should I say quickly, whimpered off. Last year’s fireworks were pretty damn good, while these were pretty damn forgettable.
Luckily, even with the quickness of the fireworks, I was able to snap enough photos that I would have one for today’s A Photo A Day. Here it is…another fireworks shot, from another disappointing fireworks show.
