Yesterday’s photo was difficult. Today’s photo was difficult. How will I do this for a full week let alone a full month or year? Try, try and try again. Note: If anyone has any ideas/suggetions for a photo, feel free to let me know by commenting below.
Well, and time. The past two nights, I have been down to the wire, within an hour of the deadline. I have been forced to think quickly and act hastily, not allowing my creative juices to flow. I am not a fast worker, never have been. Therefore I basically need all 24 hrs of the day to think of an idea, perfect the idea, take the picture, and then perfect the picture. I simply do not take one photo and then upload it as the Photo of the Day. I am averaging around 10-20 photos per day, just so I can have that one perfect photo to show the world.
Rome wasn’t created in a day, and neither is the Photo of the Day. Ok, it technically is, but you understand what I am getting at. It takes time and effort, and even though I get frustrated, I am still enjoying every minute of it!
Since the Indians have entered my posts for the past couple days, why should today be any different? I saw the front page of today’s Cleveland Plain Dealer sitting out and was very fond of the headline. I thought that might be today’s A Photo of the Day, but the image turned out to be very similar to yesterday’s medicine photo. Normally, I would just toss it aside and save it for a rainy day, but it is the Indian’s, and these are special times, so here it is, in a smallerized version:

Today’s cover of the Plain Dealer
But enough of the Indians, onto today’s A Photo of the Day. As I said, today’s photo was as hard as yesterday’s, if not more-so. Today’s inspiration came from within. I was looking tired, warn out and thought that if I took a photo of myself, I could capture some true emotion. I believe that I have succeeded, albeit in a different manner than I had intended. This is me, reflected and up close and personal. Oh and I already know I need to shave. Until tomorrow…
